Paul Dutton

Bio

Paul Dutton was named senior vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC in May 2024. Dutton is an accomplished attorney with more than 23 years of experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, structured finance, and corporate and transactional law. Since joining onsemi in May of 2022, he has been a driving force for many corporate initiatives, including public company reporting, compliance and governance. He has been integral in supporting our Board of Directors and has partnered with the executive team on numerous strategic initiatives. He continues to position our global legal team as a partner for business initiatives and key programs and leads our global regulatory and compliance efforts.

Prior to onsemi, Dutton worked for Infineon Technologies, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, United Online, MobileIron and MIPS Technologies, as well as at law firms in Silicon Valley and New York.

Dutton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
