Christine Yan

Bio

Christine Y. Yan has served as a director of onsemi since October 2018. Ms. Yan was the Vice President of Integration at Stanley Black & Decker, where she was responsible for integrating acquired businesses. Prior to this role, Ms. Yan served as the President – Asia of Stanley Black & Decker based in Shanghai, where she was responsible for profit and loss (“P&L”) management of Stanley Black & Decker’s businesses in Greater China, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Ms. Yan is a veteran leader with more than 20 years of experience. She has held a number of P&L management roles for various Stanley Black & Decker businesses, including President of Storage and Workspace Systems, President of Stanley Engineered Fastening - Americas, and President of the company’s global automotive business. Ms. Yan also served as the integration leader of Stanley Engineered Fastening Group when it acquired Infastech in 2013.

Ms. Yan has served on the boards of directors of Modine Manufacturing Company, a global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, since 2014, Ansell Limited, a foreign public company that is a global leader in safety protection solutions, since April 2019, and Cabot Corporation, a global specialty chemicals and performance materials company, since May 2019.

Ms. Yan holds a Bachelor of Science from Shandong University in China, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
