Bruce E. Kiddoo

Bio

Bruce E. Kiddoo has served as a director of onsemi since December 2020. Mr. Kiddoo brings to the board 25 years of financial and management experience in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Kiddoo served as Chief Financial Officer of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., a manufacturer of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, from 2008 until his retirement in 2019. Prior to joining Maxim Integrated, Mr. Kiddoo served in various positions at Broadcom Corporation from 1999-2007, a global semiconductor manufacturer, including as Vice President and acting Chief Financial Officer. He also held senior financial and accounting roles at LSI Logic Corporation and International Business Machines.

As the former Chief Financial Officer of Maxim Integrated and Vice President and acting Chief Financial Officer of Broadcom Corporation, Mr. Kiddoo has worked extensively with public company boards of directors to drive transformational business changes, design innovative capital structure programs, and assess large inbound and outbound M&A opportunities. Mr. Kiddoo received a Bachelor’s degree in applied science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration degree from The College of William and Mary. Mr. Kiddoo is also a Certified Management Accountant and the recipient of Institutional Investor’s 2014 “Best CFO” award.
